John is an avid traveler, a Mai Tai recipe composer and a pet lover.

He grew up on a snowboard, traveling from one mountain slope to the next. While creating his famous “Mai Tai” with a homemade recipe-to die for-he “straightened up and flew right” into the Sips n Spirits lyrics and grabbed the microphone on the drink scene.

At summertime, you will find him proud owner of Bikini bar & restaurant as well as Βιολέτα Marine Tours Spetses guiding se-adventurers through well-being & entertainment.

John’s professional background includes a WSPC diploma, he is a Wine and Spirit Connoisseur & World Class Winner, known for the curation of training sessions for all major beverage brands in the Greek market. He is the Project Operator in Sips N Spirits Greece and Award-winning Bartender for some major beverage players of the industry.

Melina is a passionate taste seeker, a luxury lover and a ski fanatic.

She grew up mixing, serving and catering for friends, family and bar lovers. Known for her coordination skills, her gentle vibe and professional approach Melina has a track record that includes 10 years of experience in Diageo Greece and Diageo UK as a Luxury Brand Developer officer and 10 years running corporate events at BarSolutions as a co-founder.

A gifted entrepreneur at heart, she is a teamplayer and a leader when applicable. A detail oriented personality who is into creating the vibe for you and your guests and the originator of the “bar choreography” that allows the team to serve the best at all times.
